When five high school students, Andrew, John, Allison, Brian, and Claire, meet in detention one day. The principal wants them to write an essay, and they think they are in for a boring 8 hours of doing nothing. At first, they argue and hate each other, but after smoking some marijuana, they pour their hearts out to each other, and tell about their fears, secrets, and their deepest emotions, and problems.

The plan for these high-school seniors with a major case of senioritis: break into Principal Dickwalder’s house and throw the party of the year. But Principal Dickwalder overhears Adam explaining the plan; ruining the celebration… or does it? Adam’s only chance at redemption is to host the party himself. What, you haven’t seen it? Danny is the ‘coolest’ of the T Birds, a group of High School guys, they hang out with the Pink Ladies. Danny met Sandy during the summer holiday and now she’s moved to the area and to his school, Rydell High. Sandy doesn’t fit in with the ‘cool’ scene, and the Pink ladies, “Look at me I’m Sandra Dee, Blessed with my virginity” sings Rizzo, the Pink Ladies leader. A rival gang Scorpians want to race the T Birds car (”Go Greased Lightening …”). Also there’s a National Dance TV show coming to Rydall High … There are a couple of rival suitors to Sandy and Danny, to liven the relationship up. And ‘oh yes’ - Graduation.

Allison is a “square” good girl who has decided she wants to be bad and falls hard for Cry-Baby Walker, a Greaser (or “Drape” in John Waters parlance). Spoofing Elvis movies and Juvenile Delinquency scare films of the ’50s, this movie follows the adventures of Cry-Baby who, though he is sent to juvie, is determined to cross class (and taste) boundaries to get Allison back.

It’s Harry’s 3rd Year at Hogwarts, not only does he have a new “Defense against the Dark-Arts” teacher, but there is also trouble brewing. Convicted murderer Sirius Black has escaped the Wizards Prison, is coming after Harry.
